The 3D Artist Who Brings His Imagination to Life.

In the constantly evolving world of digital art, Yurei stands out for his unique style and creative approach to 3D. This talented artist, passionate about character creation, offers us a glimpse into his fasci- nating universe, where manga, comics and video games meet to give birth to captivating works.

Yurei wasn’t always destined to become a 3D artist. “Doing 3D happened a bit by chance,” he says. After high school, he was looking for a path to follow and ended up at a 3D school. It was during this period that he discovered and mastered Blender, a software that was to become an essential tool in his creative process. Thanks to her solid grounding in 3D, Yurei has developed her skills and found her own artistic path.

“My characters are all inspired by manga, comics, movies/series or video games like Soul Eater, Chainsaw Man, Spiderman, Gachiakuta, Kingdom Hearts or Persona5,”

Yurei’s work is rich and diverse, drawing inspiration from a multitude of sources. Even music plays a crucial role in his creative process, with artists such as Sewerslvt, Childish Gambino, Whatsaheart and Removeface influencing his graphic style.

What sets Yurei apart is his love of semi-anime characters, a style that blends the aesthetics of Japanese anime with a personal touch. “I hate doing realism, it’s not what inspires me right now,” he confides. For Yurei, the important thing is to create lively, animated characters full of stories. Far from being static, his creations are designed to evolve and come to life, reflecting his passion for animation and visual storytelling.

Currently, the artist is working on a multitude of original characters, which he is constantly improving. Among his future projects, Yurei plans to create figurines of some of his characters, develop their stories and continue to push the limits of 3D.
